Launch of Endeavor STS-123

This video is the launch of STS-123. Our close friend and classmate Astronaut Pilot Greg 'Box' Johnson was the pilot. My kids and I got to be the guests at the launch. As a matter of fact, I was the 'bus captain' for Greg's guests at the launch. Probably I will go down in history as one of the few ones who received an email from the International Space Station. We are so proud of Greg and he inspires, and motivates us to do our best to this day. Hook 'em Horns. One of the nice videos that I could find of the launch:

July 4th in New Orleans

Trip to Marrero swamps in Louisiana

We recently went on a trip to the swamps in Marrero in Louisiana. We saw a lot of alligators, birds and fishes. The video taken by my Canon 590IS camera can be seen here:

Lieutenant Greg Johnson to pilot Space Shuttle Endeavor

STS-123 Space Shuttle Endeavor is tentatively scheduled to take off on Feb 14th, 2008. Our good friend and classmate Lt. Greg 'Box' Johnson will be piloting the space shuttle. Greg's bio can be viewed at the NASA site at http://www.jsc.nasa.gov/Bios/htmlbios/johnson-gh.html
